Steps:

• Register the device on fortinet support: This allows you to add licenses, upgrade firmware and other.

  • Once in, go under Products. Choose register option where you need the SN of the device
  • Make sure device is not registered to anyone

• Now thats its registered we could, use Fortiedge cloud to manage the AP

• To actually do configurations to the network, you need to select the network. This can be done by finding the network where these devices are located. For me, on my dashboard, theres a section called networks. I have it there called Home. Select on it.

• Switches ( Not being used)
• Extenders (Not being used)
